Forum XXXI General Information
Registration Fees: In advance — $1,360 per person, discounted to $1,310 each for two or more persons from the same organization. At the door — $1,410. Attending one day only, in advance — $1,160; at the door — $1,210. Fee includes all Forum materials, day one luncheon, continental breakfast and coffee breaks.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given for cancellations received 20 days prior to the program first selected. There will be no refunds for cancellations after these dates. Substitutions from the same firm will be accepted at any time.
Optional Networking Dinner: $62 per person (companions welcome). Refunds will be given for cancellations received at least three days prior to the dinner first selected.
Program Check-In: Day one registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.
Program Prerequisites/Level: This is an advanced program and requires a general understanding of flow-through principles. No advance preparation is required for this group live program.
CPE/CLE Credit: Attendees generally will receive CPE/CLE credit, with program sponsors cooperating to certify attendance. Application for approval has been submitted to the appropriate state agencies, including the State of California (whose approval is pending). Forum XXXI should qualify for up to 16 hours of CPE or CLE credit based on a 50-minute credit hour. Because the credit requirements vary from state to state and are governed by different regulatory agencies, we suggest you contact your governing body about your individual requirements and the applicability of the program to meet them.

Program Cancellation: Program sponsors reserve the right to change a scheduled event, meeting place or content without further notice, if circumstances dictate. Registration fees will be refunded for any rescheduled or cancelled program.
Hotel Accommodations: Blocks
of rooms will be held at the listed hotels until 30 days before each program
(subject to availability). (A portion of the room revenues will defray conference
expenses.) Please make your own hotel reservations, identifying yourself
as a 2017 Tax Planning Forum registrant, to qualify for the room rates noted
(which do not include applicable taxes).
