Forum XXII General Information

Registration Fees:  In advance—$1,095 per person, discounted to $1,045 each for two or more persons from the same organization. At the door—$1,145. Attending one day only, in advance—$895; at the door—$945. Fee includes all Forum materials, first day luncheon, continental breakfast and coffee breaks.

Optional Brainstorming Dinner:  $49 per person (companions welcome). Refunds will be given for cancellations received at least 3 days prior to the dinner first selected.

Program Check-In:  First day registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.

Program Prerequisites/Level: This is an intermediate/advanced program, and requires a general understanding of flow-through principles.

Program Cancellation: Program sponsors reserve the right to change a scheduled event, meeting place or content without further notice, if circumstances dictate. Registration fees will be refunded for any rescheduled or cancelled program.

Hotel Accommodations:  Blocks of rooms will be held at the listed hotels until 30 days before each program (subject to availability). (A portion of the room revenues will defray conference expenses.) Please make your own hotel reservations, identifying yourself as a 2008 Tax Planning Forum registrant, to qualify for the room rates noted (which do not include applicable taxes).
