XXII General Information
Registration Fees: In advance—$1,095 per person, discounted to $1,045 each for two or more persons from the same organization. At the door—$1,145. Attending one day only, in advance—$895; at the door—$945. Fee includes all Forum materials, first day luncheon, continental breakfast and coffee breaks.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given for cancellations received 20 days prior to the program first selected. There will be no refunds for cancellations after these dates. Substitutions from the same firm will be accepted at any time.
Optional Brainstorming Dinner: $49 per person (companions welcome). Refunds will be given for cancellations received at least 3 days prior to the dinner first selected.
Program Check-In: First day registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.
CPE/CLE Credit: Attendees generally will receive CPE/CLE credit, with program sponsors cooperating to certify attendance. Application for approval has been submitted by CCH to the appropriate state agencies. Forum XXII should qualify for up to 16 hours of CPE or CLE credit based on a 50-minute credit hour. Because the credit requirements vary from state to state and are governed by different regulatory agencies, we suggest you contact your governing body about your individual requirements and the applicability of the program to meet them. CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider.
Program Prerequisites/Level: This is an intermediate/advanced program, and requires a general understanding of flow-through principles.

have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE

Program Cancellation: Program sponsors reserve the right to change a scheduled event, meeting place or content without further notice, if circumstances dictate. Registration fees will be refunded for any rescheduled or cancelled program.
Hotel Accommodations: Blocks
of rooms will be held at the listed hotels until 30 days before each program
(subject to availability). (A portion of the room revenues will defray conference
expenses.) Please make your own hotel reservations, identifying yourself
as a 2008 Tax Planning Forum registrant, to qualify for the room rates noted
(which do not include applicable taxes).
